The brand

The O'pen Skiff is a modern planing junior boat with an open transom and a self-draining concept — capsize, right it, keep going. The Australian class nominates roughly a 30–65 kg ideal sailor range. The choice between this, an Optimist, an RS Tera, a junior Sabot or a Minnow should be based largely on what the local club sails.

Active Australian class association with an extensive youth calendar; the 2026 and 2027 calendars include events in Queensland, NSW and Victoria.
