Horizon Boats 315 Square Punt Specifications

One of 580 dinghies, tenders and RIBs in the BuyDinghy Australian database, scored against aluminium & polyethylene dinghies rather than the market as a whole.

Where this model fits

At 3.15 m, this model sits at the high-demand middle of the aluminium & polyethylene dinghies. That helps define the comparison set, but storage, total package weight and local support still decide whether it belongs on a shortlist.

Maximum power is not recorded in our source data, so it should be confirmed before choosing an outboard or valuing a package. Passenger capacity is not recorded here; ask for the current capacity plate or manufacturer documentation rather than relying on an advertisement.

Before you request a quote

• Ask the seller to identify the exact 315 Square Punt model year and included configuration in writing.
• Obtain a written hull weight and clarify whether the floor, console, battery or other removable equipment is included.
• Request the complete delivered price, including unavoidable freight, preparation and registration costs.
• Confirm warranty and parts support for this exact model under Horizon Boats's current Australian arrangement.

Fit scores

Each score is Horizon Boats's editorial score for that job, scaled by how well a 3.15 m hull suits it. A superb manufacturer still makes boats that are wrong for your job — the curve is what says so. How this is calculated.
